These Terms govern the rules of using SpoolFinder, available at szpulomat.pl and international SpoolFinder domains.

Using the service means accepting all provisions of these Terms.

• Service – SpoolFinder available at szpulomat.pl and its international domains (e.g. spoolfinder.com, spoolfinder.co.uk).
• User – every person using the Service.

By publishing content, the User grants SpoolFinder a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence necessary to operate and promote the Service.

This licence includes in particular the right to:

• display, reproduce and distribute the content (including on international versions);
• translate the content into other languages (especially English);
• use excerpts in promotional materials;
• temporarily store and archive the content.

The licence is valid for as long as the content remains published in the Service.

Users declare they own the rights to the content they submit and that publishing it does not infringe third-party rights.

SpoolFinder may moderate, edit or remove content that violates the law or these Terms.

7. Personal data protection

Data processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

SpoolFinder is not liable for:

• any damage resulting from using or failing to use the Service;
• content published by Users;
• actions of third parties;
• downtime or interruptions.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights to the Service belong to the operator unless stated otherwise.

Copying or distributing content without consent is prohibited.

10. Changes to the Terms

The operator may update these Terms.

Users will be informed via the Service; continued use means acceptance of the new version.

11. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.

Any disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the operator’s registered office.
