SpoolFinder is available at szpulomat.pl and on international domains. By using the service you accept the rules described in this document.

You may sign in with Google or Facebook. In such cases:

• We receive basic profile information (email, name, profile picture)
• We never gain access to your password stored by the external provider
• You can disconnect the external service at any time in its settings

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except when:

• International versions of SpoolFinder: your data or content may be displayed on foreign domains of the service
• It is required by technical providers (e.g. Firebase/Google, hosting)
• It is required to comply with legal obligations
• You provide explicit consent

6. Data retention

We store personal data and user-generated content for the following periods:

• Account and content: until the account is deleted or you request data removal
• System logs: up to 12 months

Data removal applies to every language and international version of SpoolFinder.
